Our list of authorized ZVOX dealers is found here. To purchase through our web site, simply choose the product you want to order, and click on the "Order" button located above its description. Then follow the steps as they are presented to you, using your credit card for payment. ZVOX only ships within the domestic United States.

- Our secure server uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which is the industry standard for e-commerce transactions. All of your personal information is encrypted, including your credit card number, name, and address. That means it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

If you prefer to pay by personal or cashier's check, send the check for the purchase price and UPS shipping fees (and Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% where applicable) to:

To calculate your UPS shipping fees, click on the "Order" button on the zvoxaudio.com web site, then enter your address information and click on the "Continue" button. This will automatically calculate your UPS shipping fees. Orders with personal checks will be held until those checks clear.

- Your ZVOX purchase is backed by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't like your ZVOX system, email us asking for a Return Authorization number and return it to us within 30 days of your original purchase - in new condition with all boxes, packing materials and accessories. We will refund your entire purchase amount. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Deductions from your refund may be made at our discretion if the returned product is not in new condition with all boxes, packing materials and accessories, or is returned after the 30 days without prior approval from ZVOX customer service. Returns of items purchased on EBAY are subject to the conditions noted in the individual listing details. Should you return one peice of a "bundled" system, your refund amount will reflect the bundle discount, not the full retail price of the individual item. Note: Please do not send returns back to the address on the box, without contacting us first for instructions. Returns are sent to a different location and sending them back to the address on the box will delay your refund.
- Sales And Delivery Policies
- ZVOX products are available for sale from the zvoxaudio.com web site only to consumers in the United States. At this time we do not ship to any other countries, including Canada. We ship via UPS, and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All prices are calculated in U.S. dollars.
- Where We Ship
Our primary shipping warehouse is located near Memphis, TN.
ZVOX Audio ships anywhere in the domestic United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we have the following shipping restrictions:
- Alaska and Hawaii are mandatory UPS 2nd day air (Blue Label).
- We do not ship to Puerto Rico or any other U.S. territories.
- We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may take slightly longer. Most items ship from our TN warehouse; some smaller items and accesssories ship from our MA warehouse. Since our offices are located in MA, expedited orders placed after 3 pm EST will ship the following business day. When your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information via e-mail.
- Return Shipping
- Be sure to save all boxes and packing materials in case you need to return your equipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Before you return a product to us, please email us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Customer Service

- Sales Tax
- Sales tax is charged only on orders sent to the state of Massachusetts. Laws require that we charge sales tax for the full amount of the order. That amount will include shipping and handling.
- Confirming Price
Prices cannot be confirmed until you place your order. Please note that in very rare cases, an item in our online catalog may be mis-priced. The correct price will be verified as part of our shipping procedure.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If the price is higher, we will contact you and wait for instructions before shipping.
Please also note that after we have received your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order are unavailable.

- We may on occasion mistakenly publish inaccurate prices or product information. We retain the right to decide on a case by case basis whether or not to honor or make good on these kinds of inaccuracies.
